Where to start - 1) Extremely toxic and nepotistic culture. 2) People in middle management roles with zero qualifications and experience. 3) SNG do not want to spend anything in ensuring that repairs are done. 4) Complete disorganised chaos. 5) Senior Management have no clue what is going on in the individual areas. 6) Complete lack of effective operational objectives, KPI and day to day processes. 7) Some staff get away with doing absolutely zero. 8) Lack of effective equipment and resources to do role. 9) Staff over worked in certain areas of the business with no support. 10) Wages for the work done actually works out poor. 11) No locality induction however corporate induction is good.
