Turnover in manufacturing and QC is extremely high with 1-2 employees leaving a day. You will be underpaid for your position. For instance: someone may be a position or two higher then you but since they been with the company for years (no salary adjustments) they may be paid 20k below you. This is not an exaggeration, the pay discrepancies are massive. When brought to managements attention, people were laughed at more or less and a 2% adjustment was done 6 months later. Still not addressing the over 20k pay discrepancies between similar employees. Also was told by management to not discuss salary or there would be a lot of “pain” for everyone. Which is ILLEGAL. Higher ups (supervisors/management ), may mess up and cost the company money and that is used as justification for no raises or bonuses. Politics is big, people play favorites to the point where you may not even get an interview for a position you qualify for. The new parent company does bad pharma business. They move products to dodge 483s or warning letters. They did this at sovereign and they are now are under a warning letter from the FDA. During townhalls/quarterly meetings they will say how good the company is doing but employees see little to no bonus. Trouble acquiring/getting approved purchases equipment or resources needed. They have fired people for “making waves”, IE brining up GMP practices not being followed then being let go shortly after. Training in any department is nonexistent. Suggest looking elsewhere is DFW unless you are desperately in need of a job.
