Good environment to work - IT Security Administrator Soyven Employee Review

Soyven has its number one rule "safety above all" which they actually stand by. the culture there is where it differs, cause I've worked at a lot of places, but nowhere did i find this kind of culture where everyone helps each-other and motivate the new colleagues to learn and thrive more and more. Soyven is the one place a called my second home.

the hardest thing could be the intensive hard work load, but that too is more of a good challenge once you're through it. The compensation pay is okay, but its hard since Egypts economy isn't that great at the moment making an "okay pay" not that easy to live with.

Everything is very good it is not less than any multinational company regarding benefits, environment and culture

Salaries are average, not competitive to the market anymore
