Pros
1. Easy money 2. nobody cares if you mess up. make all the mistakes you want, fail to complete tasks on time - it all doesn't matter.
Cons
1. Poor management & leadership; the individuals in power have no idea what they are doing. 2. hostile work environment (peers sabotage your work, lots of white lies, racism) 3. there is a divide between the French and American employees; the french are treated much better in terms of power as well as benefits (extra weeks of vacation, a monthly allowance, company car, etc.). 4. major turnover in departments specifically Evaluation and Marketing. 5. Micro managers 6. No accountability 7. HR has no voice or power - in fact, they fired the previous head of HR because he/she wanted to make actual changes for the people. 8. Cold & objectifying behavior from management and sales especially if you are of color and american. The general manager can't even say hi nor does he know the name of most individuals within the office (theres only like 40 people). 9. No work life balance, nor are there any indication that they will offer WFH which is a new standard. 10. No growth opportunities - the company does not even have job descriptions.
