Pros

Pros: • Aesthetic office interiors (purely for show) Free coffee

Cons

1. False Promises About Health Insurance & Benefits: • I was promised health insurance coverage before joining — but after joining, they completely denied it. • No documentation, no support — just a verbal promise that was never honored. • This kind of dishonesty is dangerous, especially when health coverage is critical. 2. Work From Home (WFH) Lie: • They said: “You can take WFH whenever needed” during the hiring process. • You’re not allowed WFH at all, especially on Saturdays and Mondays — which is never mentioned during interviews. • This kind of bait-and-switch is unethical. 3. Unreasonable Workload & Forced Overtime: • You finish your day’s work — and just before logging off, you’ll be loaded with extra tasks. • You are forced to stay beyond working hours without compensation. • When questioned, the standard reply is: “This is how work is in an architecture firm.” • Office timings are 9:40 AM to 7:00 PM, but you’re expected to come 20 minutes early, with lunch only at 2 PM — meaning you work at least 40–50 minutes extra daily for free. 4. Toxic Rules & Rigid Behavior: • If you’re late by even 1 minute, they’ll scold you or send a warning email — no human understanding or flexibility. • You can’t eat snacks after 10:10 AM because the founder doesn’t like people eating in front of them. This rule is immature and makes the workplace feel suffocating. 5. Unfair Leave Policy: • Saturdays are “half-days” — but if you apply for leave on Saturday, they deduct a full-day leave or pay. • There’s no consistency, and policies change as per their convenience. 6. Shady Salary Practices: • Salary is credited only after the 10th of every month, often without any fixed date. 7. Nice Office, Bad Culture: • Yes, the office looks beautiful — but the mindset behind it is toxic, outdated, and employee-unfriendly. • No HR accountability, no growth mindset, and definitely no support system for employees.
