Pros

No, Nothing worth mentioning to be honest.

Cons

One of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. The culture feels extremely toxic, disrespectful, and mentally exhausting. Stakeholders and management are rigid, unapproachable, and often speak to people without basic professionalism or respect. Even candidates coming for interviews are treated poorly, which clearly reflects how little the company values people. The interview process itself felt chaotic and disrespectful. HR seems to exist only for administrative work and has no real involvement in employee well-being or building a healthy culture. The entire structure and work environment feel strange, poorly managed, and uncomfortable. There is constant negativity, high attrition, and very low morale across teams. Salary hikes are extremely poor and far below market standards. What makes it worse is that the company’s toxic culture is already widely known in the market across departments and among professionals in the industry. The gap between the online ratings and the actual reality inside the company is shocking. Many reviews genuinely feel manipulated and do not reflect the real employee experience. Basic infrastructure is also disappointing — there isn’t even proper parking space within the premises. Overall, a highly stressful, frustrating, and unhealthy place to work.

Pros

Colleagues are supportive and talented. Industry exposure can be good if you're proactive.

Cons

Leadership is disorganized and reactive rather than strategic. No clear career growth path, with promotions often based on favoritism. Work-life balance is poor, with expectations to be available outside of working hours. Leadership does not understand sales and sales strategy - extremely number focused and whiplash management of teams
