Not a good work environment - Anonymous employee SpaceManager Closets Employee Review

Disorganized and seemingly "shoot from the hip" decision making - all over the place. Weak marketing and advertising plan which is problematic for growing the company in sales. Very gossipy work environment, there's no teamwork or trust among team members, everyone is out for themself, pointing fingers, and men seem favored - it's toxic. There is a high employee turnover rate, including with management. The amount of trash talk, both in and out of meetings, regarding ex-employees was very unprofessional.
