Pros
I love the mission and co workers. Everyone is motivated and believes in going to mars. You get to learn a lot real quick. You will never get bored there will always be new systems to work on.
Cons
The cons list to long but I’ll hit the main points. Horrible leadership Bad tools No tools ever since they’re lost Un-trained employees If you know what you’re doing they’ll over work you. The pay is a joke for the amount of work. (The drive to work is horrible the road is destroyed and long like of workers is 2 hours long.) Long hours 12/6s Bad food Night shift always gets the work load Horrible promotion system. Managers literally don’t know what they’re doing. The director of booster is always lost. No time off. The list goes on. I don’t recommend this job to anyone honestly it’s to chaotic and if you’re moving whole family here from somewhere far it’s not worth it for a job that randomly fires people every September. It’s a not a stable job.
