Is this your company?

Pleasant place to work, but vast amount of unmaintainable, legacy code, and no desire from management to replace it. - Anonymous employee Spacelabs Healthcare Employee Review

Pros

Great pay, work-life balance, and mentorship. Engineering team is very willing to help students get exposed to experiences with very applicable skills

Cons

Doesn’t take out of state and doesn’t offer housing assistance. Heard that only recently investment was made into the R&D side

Pros

Overall: Snoqualmie has some beautiful mountains and the site is close to Safeway. For specific positions: If you have a hybrid schedule, you can work in office Tuesday-Thursday. Monday and Friday are WFH. Pay for certain senior positions seemed to be within market rate. A few of the new senior leadership members seem to be receptive and wanting to make positive changes.

Cons

Overall: Before I started working there, I read the reviews. They largely turned out to be true. There are a few nice people that have stayed for a long time at the company but they are rare. The place in general is understaffed and people are often expected to take on the workload of 2 or more people. The company has poor supplier quality. The product lines are old and slow to release new product. The building is not well maintained and not very clean. For RI specifically: The role is underpaid. No opportunities for advancement. RI is a mess with poor leadership. You will never get promoted to level III.
