If you like being harassed and verbally abused by unhappy customers, while being overworked, underpaid and undervalued by your superiors, then this is the job for you!

Cons

Operations asks employees to enter customer accounts without authorization to make sales transactions. I have proof. They change your store hours and even close down the store with little to no notice if foot traffic is low. They do not enforce rest breaks. Toxic management that constantly displays favoritism and gossips about employees. They expect you to go above and beyond your job description 100% of the time while compromising your well-being. They sabotage your career growth by putting employees in low traffic stores on Performance Improvement Plans. No coaching, no mentoring. If you’re not doing well, you’re out, and if you’re doing well, they’ll find a way to spoil it for you by “restructuring” your bonus eligibility requirements. HR is a joke filled with glorified secretaries that were simply bored of their previous roles. They empathize with you to your face and then gossip about you to higher ups. No confidentiality. No integrity. Their medical insurance doesn’t even cover ER visits. Run far away from this company.
