Every employee I met was friendly and helpful.

I was never able to get the amount of hours that I wanted because they could not take me on as a full-time employee.

Pros

Not a lot of contact or supervision from the main office or Sales Managers. You are left alone to do your thing. No call reports and an occasional conference call.

Cons

Tough company to break into and make an early financial impact for yourself. The good, established territories have had someone in them for a long time. Those people make 6 figures. The less traveled, established territories are mostly a struggle. Long sales cycle with lots of established competition. Starting base salary is just $20,000 per year which is very low. You are expected to make your money on commission which is fine. Expense reimbursement is efficient. You use your own credit card. They do not provide a laptop and only pay .42 per mile.
