Pros
No such good things to share here. I have been there for more than 1.5 years in R&D. It is a school. No scope to growth. Don't waste your precious time by joining this company.
Cons
Mentally harassment. No knowledge sharing. No work life balance. More than 9 hrs working. No management, less salary. You need to do something ( work ) by yourself even if you have no any work or project. Because 24x7 CCTV Checking by manager.
