      Pros

      I could not think of a single reason to work here. There are other jobs out there just keep looking. Company not doing well.

      Cons

      High School work place. Bullying form co workers Harassment from co workers Intimidation. This is not a good working environment. People afraid to go to work. You never knew what would happen.

      Pros

      spancrete had excellent pay and it was pretty easy to move up the seniority list for pay raises and such, the insurance was very great as well

      Cons

      I, along with others I've talked to, did not feel very respected, we didn't get simple stuff we needed to complete our job properly after management asked us what they could do to make spancrete a better place for all of its employees
