-low pay -schedules are made one week at a time, posted on Wednesday, and run Friday-Thursday. Good luck ever planning anything in advance without requesting 2 weeks in advance since also is rare to have consistent days off per week -outside of busier seasons (Spring Break and Summer) hours given are often low -performance reviews are generally rare; so are raises
