- Employees can be terminated without prior notice. Unlike standard practices where companies provide one or two months' advance salary upon termination, this organization does not offer such compensation. - Workplace politics are significant, making it difficult for new employees to adapt and sustain their roles. - The company hired 7 to 8 new staff members after my joining, but gradually, all of them left. This makes it challenging for fresh hires to establish themselves. - Official work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, but employees are expected to stay beyond 6:30 PM, with little flexibility on leaving at the designated time.
