      Pros

      Managers you actually genuinely like, unlimited holidays, remote-first policy, self-directed work culture (No Micromanaging). Brilliant, smart colleagues (Learn a lot). Opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects.

      Cons

      Fairly new company so lots of regular changes with structures etc. while I was there. Nothing that won't settle with the maturity of the company.

      Some real improvements in processes and changes in people Opportunity to work on really interesting projects Household-name customers Good place to grow and learn with direct customer-facing opportunities

      Cons

      There have been ups and downs. Company had been slow to make necessary changes but that seems to have changed significantly this year
