Pros
Most is good colleague, helps each other to accomplish task and project. Certain level flexibility of working is allowed. A good potential to growth just have to do it right and quick.
Cons
Too little agree to disagree can happens, most of the time top holding their individual principle very tightly either due to this and that reason for eg, self ego. Moving fast and firm is the advantages of SME, couldn't upkeep this advantages is hurting the overall performance in business development.
