      The company does not have an pros of working because of unhealthy management of employees by the co-founders. Lack of funds makes it even worse.

      Cons

      - Unfit working environment -Long working hours with no extra-time -Disrespecting schedule of employees -Lack of professionalism. Constantly bringing up "it's a startup" statement

      Cons

      Management, especially the CEO, do not know how to run the company. NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME OR OPINION. If you speak up you are shut down. They do not work with you, no training, nothing. I saw roughly seven people be fired during their employment period.
