Working at Sparksoft has been a fantastic experience. The workplace culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative. The senior leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in employee growth. Special kudos to Tanya and KJ for their exceptional technical writing mentorship. Their guidance has been invaluable. Also, a big thank you to Deepan for sharing his expertise in AWS and web development, which has significantly enhanced my skills. Overall, Sparksoft is a great place to work, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and career development. Highly recommended!

No cons specific to the company - it is worth noting that with government-specfic business development, the workload can fluctuate (peaking in the event there's a proposal nearing submission, for example)

The office is nice with good amenities. Employee led events (e.g. pot lucks, yoga, Diwali parties) are fun.

The environment is TOXIC. This company uses you and then rips the carpet out from under you when you are no longer needed. Nobody likes process improvements, nobody plays nice in the sandbox, nobody gives a hoot about you as a human. They do not treat their partners with respect. There is not any trust at any level. ANY.LEVEL.
