Pros
I was in there India Chennai Brunch,Salary is good and on time.If you can spend 12-14 Hours in office will get appreciation Email from Supervisor ( Auto generated ).
Cons
1. They ask at the interview 10 Seconds per day but on reality if can achieve that you will be low performer.They will for minimum 16 seconds. 2.Medical isn't happen till last year, if you ask for that they say we are doing. 3.Office timing is upto 6.30 evening , if you leave office before 11.00 pm they will ask for Double productivity on very next day. 4.If you ask for a CL they directly say "we can not give.WE have delivery." 5.The Chennai office environment is so bad that you will get sick very often. 6.In CEO meeting with animators( they pronounce as " Worker"), he said a) Saturday is working day for everyone because Indian workers are not capable to efficiently deliver the projects on-time. -----------Whereas it was one day delay from Internal side. b) If you leave sparky in 2 years time you will be in black listed for entire animation industry .
