Pros
Flexible schedule time off good enviroment. I enjoyed working with my wonderful clients. Other than that, there aren't any other Pros to working for this antiquated company.
Cons
Management didnt know what to do! Employees would not share info when needed. Pay sucked!! Employees . Absolutely no training provided to new employees. Employees receive zero support and are required to do the job of 2-3 full time employees. Very LOW compensation and poor benefits. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Office politics: if you don't play the game you are OUT. Moral is down companywide. Regional and Senior management very out of touch with the industry and with the markets in which they operate. Unless you are in Regional or Senior management, the turnover is extremely high. This company has a terrible reputation in many of their markets due to highly unethical dealings with past clients.
