The company has NO sexual harassment training, no official on boarding process, and the woman who runs the BA program is highly disorganized. Schedules aren't done until a few days before the week, communication is lacking in terms of supplies and who needs to bring them onsite, supplies are in disarray in the office making it complicated to find things, and miscommunication about event start times and supplies that have been set up (yet aren't) make this job difficult.
