When I first started there, I really liked the flexibility. They appeared to be kind and understanding and flexible.

Very two-faced, will tell you to do some thing a certain way but when you do that they get mad. Blatantly make things up when looking for reasons to demote people. No organization, do not let the people they hired do their jobs without micromanaging.
