      As a consultant for Sparrow I did not access their benefits. This collaborative company values employees and their ideas. The active 55+ adult communities are beautiful and a great product to sell.

      Pros

      Love Sparrows core values. It's not just a job, its a community that is family. I worked for Sparrow about 3 years. Lots of opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Not many cons. ACM's are not paid a delinquency bonus.
