8yIts very unfortunate to see such an emotional review from a short stayed employee, who was still in very early stage of his learning.
His effort and hard work were never denied but it was the result of those which were not up to the mark, may be better planning and result oriented approach could have helped him.
One thing my friend has missed to mention about is his immediate quit after being given good salary hike and hansom incentives. He left on ground of urgent family problems, but later was found to have joined another company for small hike which says a lot about the character.
I wish him good luck for his future and humbly offer him tip of advice, is to be more result oriented and control his emotion outbursts which is key requirement to succeed all sorts of corporate environment big or small :)
