I really can not think of any Pros other than remote work

When i left it was so bad people were joking about being the last rats left on the ship after all of the sailors died. The TrackWise Digital acquisition was terrible for moral. We did not know how to deliver a successful project, management did not listen to what we are doing is not working for project delivery and then we got bought and had the 3rd turn over of upper and mid level management in about a 5 year period. The worst part was deal reviews. For services and licensing we would present pricing to our CEO and a few of her direct reports. For services we would say based on what the customer is asking for it will cost between x and x and then the majority of the time the number would be cut by 30-60%. it was flat out lying to our customers and being dishonest and was the main reason i left.
