Pros
positive work environment, clear rules and guidelines, diverse books for children, adaptive to each classroom's interests and needs (for curriculum and activities)
Cons
This isn't really a con, just a note, that as a teacher aide you will do more cleaning and set up while the teachers are doing a lesson (teachers do this too, but they obviously can't do so when they are about to teach a lesson).
