Pros
Most of the Co-workers are down to earth.
Cons
If you're not part of the "BOY" club you get passed over. Do not give minorities credit for work (and actually have to nerve to give credit to another person) Get blamed for a broken process that management can't fix or would rather fire you and hire someone else to work a broken process. No room for promotion. Upper Management is not honest. Management get bonus but not the regular Joe.
