Pros
You will learn everything that you want right here, if you are willing. Higher ups sincerely wants the best out of you, without any ill-intentions or corporate fake communications. It will be your 2nd home, where you can always come back and spend time, discuss about anything with everyone.
Cons
Insanely steep learning curve, where if you are 'seng-mok' (street smart), you might have troubles handling everything. You will be definitely be stressed, or even borderline reaching a point that you might feel exploited with the conditions of the work environment, but trust me, everything you went through here, you will definitely remember it for your lifetime. The salary package & compensation of course, would not match any MNC's out there. You will be task with basically anything, - development -project planning -database planning -operations -internal discussions and meetings -client management -technical requirements gathering - system design / UI-UX design - many more, you can even request and discuss what you want to learn with the supervisor. *Note: If you are here for internship / full-time job, please only apply and be committed about it if you are willing to learn. If you only want to pass the internship / have a full-time job just so that you can get that monthly salary and focus on singular tasks, this company is not for you. *However, I used to be someone that only wants to pass my internship, but coming here changed me. :)
