Day rate, means you don't get paid for extra hours worked. No penalty rates paid when workweek exceed 40 hours
High turnover of staff. At time questionable training and safety standards
During busy periods, poor job management and planning often results in a lot of unpaid overtime, resulting in poor work/life balance.
