Not much, the leadership team are investing a lot in people and culture, however: Performance Management is sometimes a checkbox exercise. Still better than other consulting companies More investment may be needed in developing soft skills for less experienced staff - presenting effectively, project management, deliverables development.. etc. Technology training investments are good.
