      SpawGlass is a great company to work for and they truly emphasize building their own people and preparing them to be the best version of their selves. The work environment, benefits, opportunities, employee ownership, and PTO is best in class.

      If you have experience and you come in, they run you through a hybrid role for several years before even thinking of a promotion.
