Pros
I feel valued in my position and get the support I need to be successful. Even though the environment can be stressful and very busy at times, the supportive, small company/family feel culture and comradery make things much easier. There is a great amount of opportunity for personal and professional growth as this business is going through its own exponential growth with no signs of stopping.
Cons
Always feels like there's too much to do and not enough resources to do it all, but having a lot of work is a good problem to have! If you like a challenge, and thrive in a high pressure environment, then Spec is your place to work.
