      -Great team of knowledgeable people -easy going -always willing to help you or answer a question -fair when resolving issues -Great Boss -Everyone knows this industry and the products very well -Kind people -Positive atmosphere

      Cons

      There are not many negative things about the company, though one thing i notices is that they could be more organized.
