Pros
I love working at Special Tree because I do what I was hired to do. At past jobs, I was hired as an aide, but I was doing the work of the nurse, the housekeeper, the cook, etc. That is what burns you out. At Special Tree I am an RST, and that's what I do. I don't have any extra duties to worry about outside of my position as an RST.
Cons
The only con in my opinion is that the management could definitely do better with addressing patient behaviors. Some patients are extremely rude and inappropriate and nothing gets done about it, and actually the behavior is nearly catered to which is not fair to the staff that deal with these patients on a regular basis.
