Pros
SCS is a really strange place to work. It's my first MSP - usually I work for companies that hired MSP for staff augmentation so I'm used to how they operate. What makes them strange is that the management and the people are truly focused on two things: Making the customer happy, and making their own employees happy. A lot of companies say those things, but Chris and the team live it and believe it. The company mantra is "We'll make IT better" and that is indeed what they do. It's really an incredibly friendly group, and so refreshing to work for a company that actually means what they say and cares about their employees *and* their customers. Oh also as was mentioned by someone else, the fully stocked fridge, and bi-weekly team meetings that have a BBQ grill involved is an awesome perk.
Cons
Because it is a small company, the benefits aren't amazing. The owner does take vacations - and is almost always calling in and emailing in no matter where he is when he's out of town.
