      I love my job, I have been working here for almost 6 years. Many opportunities to advance my career, best group of people I have ever worked with. Flexible schedule as well.

      Pros

      Remote work is kind of good/positive work environment in terms of work colleagues they're supportive- good supervisors and team leads.

      Cons

      —I'm not sure but I think they choose/direct leads for their preferences of qualifiers depending on factors Im not sure of. When you're having bad leads and you dont meet daily expectations, they blame it on you, they put too much pressure, let go of people easily, pretty much they explote africans.
