I have been working here over 2 years , when I first started it was great , this is not an easy job, but we had the right tools to do it well, competitive products, quality leads and a good bonus structure . As time went on the most competitive products were taken away, the quality of leads has declined significantly and the bonus structure changed to benefit the company . Meanwhile the performances expectations are the same .We have arguably one of the most expensive products. The company is not spending money on good leads and if there is any, they are only given to a few, usually new workers to keep them motivated.The bonus is being deducted based on the mistakes that are made even if they are fixed. I started at this company wanting to grow my career, now I don’t see any future in it.
