Pros

-The company is definitely moving in the right direction in gaining their own traction in the Mobile and Video ad space, as well as Programmatic offerings. -The culture is great and very family oriented and always have employee lunches -Very casual work environment (listen to music all day, walk around the open office and speak to anyone anytime, free snack galore, 2 big screen TV's in both kitchens to take a much needed break any time)

Cons

When you occupy certain positions (ie Camapign Manager) you will not have any time for family or friends. Because the internet is 24/7 and this is an internet advertising network, you HAVE to work ALL the time. Whether it's a weekend, holiday (Christmas Thanksgiving, Easter, etc.) you always need to have your computer with you to manage your campaigns. If you are a younger contributor without a family and are able to get a decent salary negotiated, it's a great place. Just be prepared to work constantly if you go there as a Campaign Manager. All other positions have a great work/life balance.

Pros

You'll definitely get lots of interesting projects in a challenging timeframe. Management is flexible with regard to time off, and my direct management, at least, was very results driven. Salaries, while just a little bit low, are reasonably competitive. Snacks are provided, lunch is catered every month, and the holiday parties are quite the shindigs. If you are on the right team senior management will leave you alone to do your job.

Cons

Senior management at this company values saving face and making money above *all* else. However, because of this, they tend to cut off their nose to spite their face. Terrible management and resource allocation decisions are made for political reasons, and sometimes for no discernable reason at all. A geographically diverse management structure makes for turf wars and resource starvation for critical infrastructure, and while HR is well intentioned and competent, their influence is very much limited with senior management. Because of that, extremely abusive situations have happened and took much longer than necessary to rectify, causing a significant amount of turnover and brain drain.
