Overworked, Understaffed, Lack of empathy - Lab Technician Specsavers Employee Review

Poor training if any at all. Ridiculous amount of pressure, especially on trainees. Understaffed especially for what deadlines and goals they hope to achieve. Director only cares about profits and numbers, lacked the empathy of a normal human being.
