Very Political, Ageist, Nepotism and Toxic - Service Delivery Manager Specsavers Employee Review

- Management employ their personal friends who aren't that experienced and need alot of support. - Nepotism abounds. - People on this programme are going off on sick leave for Stress. Low motivation. This is now an issue on the programme and is apparently being addressed by a questionnaire??? - One group of youngsters (PMO) run feral, with no proper management. The unprofessional behaviour is quite staggering. The males in this group exhibit ageism and I've seen bullying from this team and been too scared for my job to say anything.
