Pros
Overall a great place to work, the people I have met and worked with throughout the business are excellent. Felt very welcomed from the start of my employment and really feel part of a team. All the work you do contributes to helping more people receiving the healthcare they need.
Cons
Depending on where you work within the business, career development opportunities can be scarce. Internal training/ development program is good if you have never worked in corporate before. Once you have been at the company for 1-2 years you'll find a lot of the development focus is on people who are already in management positions. That being said, a number of positions are hired externally rather than promoting or hiring from internal talent pools.
