      Pros

      Nice colleagues, all in the same boat, struggling to survive

      Cons

      CEO is smiling on the surface, but will destroy your ideas or plans from behind. Just watch every step you make, lots of politics and in-fighting, when it comes to work, trust nobody there. Salary is a joke, the Tuesday "Brunch"... forget it, useless as a reward or compensation (LOL)

      Colleagues are nice and supportive. Office next to a river which is very chill

      Pros

      The company has a great work culture and makes an effort to keep its employees happy.

      Cons

      Although there is a flat hierarchy in the Dresden office (which is very much appreciated), this is not the case at the Madrid office.
