Disorganized & A Mess - Recruiter Spectra360 Employee Review

Very judgmental upper management who thinks they are better than everyone. they’d reject candidates after asking them personal information in interviews then say “they didn’t come from a good background.. I don’t think they’d be a good fit” which is totally illegal! You definitely have to fit a stereotype to fit in and be apart of the click. Not a ton of diversity within the company. A ton of micromanaging. It’s not a company I would recommend working for
