Too much bad vibes because finance team think threatening salary and delaying appraisal is the way to get thing done. Instead of fixing problems, they just scare people to control. Timesheet? For them, it like most important thing in world. Even you work hard, if timesheet not perfect, they make big problem. Sometimes feel like timesheet is more important than work. Also, they don’t know how talk to people normal. Always make things awkward and weird. And they proud of sending big, long emails with little sense, just to make life hard for others. If finance team not like this, would be great place to work. But because of them, too much unnecessary stress
