the biz rather see top performers leave its doors and hire unqualified people to fill these roles. senior management mentioned during a company-wide meeting "if people are unhappy, then leave"... people were quitting at a crazy pace. when asked about the mass exodus, senior management said it is nothing to worry and it is a chance to upgrade at the following company's meeting... the town hall added fuel to the fire and more people quit... it became a game to employees to guess who will be the next person to quit
