Pros
Some nice colleagues and nice office environment. You can give yourself a pat on your shoulder if you can pass your first year as it can be challenging for certain roles, especially the ones where you deal directly with the top management.
Cons
A yes man culture. Company does not trust employees from the lower level. People who leave are usually the better employees who really worked hard and think the best for the company as management does not really appreciate these people. Spending money improving unimportant stuff. SME wanting to act like MNC but still preserve a SME mindset. Sometimes, the management can do things that are unprofessional.
