Good company to work for. Very supportive environment, and IT management was constantly trying to advance and support their employee's careers and passions.

Only con was that the internship program was cut due to budget related issues before a hiring opportunity was able to be presented
Toxic management in Legal specifically, poor communication, other senior team members enable poor behavior instead of working to resolve problems. Unorganized, expectations change day to day.
