Management never available for employees 8. TLs will call you to pressurize you to complete targets in the night, on weekends, on holidays and even when you are on sick leave or any other leave. 9. No work life balance. Long work hours due to high project targets. 10. If you speak up against all this, you will specifically be targeted.
