Pros
A good place for teamwork, even though you are not in the same location as your manager or peers. Loved the virtual aspect of it.
Cons
Although all of our sessions were Virtual-we had to be in the office. It was absurd to me to drive 1.5 hours oneway to sit in a cubicle and deliver on line training.
